When Chibiusa asks how Usagi first became Sailor Moon, she, Luna, and Artemis recall the story.

Usagi then recalls the battle with the DD Girls at D Point, when the rest of the Sailor Team were killed protecting her, followed by her eventual victory against Queen Metalia. Chibiusa is impressed, but comments that only cockroaches could survive such a battle.
Usagi reminds Chibiusa of how she appeared suddenly in the twentieth century, and the ensuing battle with the Black Moon Clan. Chibiusa then recalls how she became Sailor Chibi Moon and assisted in the battle against the Death Busters.
Luna then ponders what Haruka and Michiru might be doing now. Usagi and Chibiusa exchange knowing grins...

- The Italian dub mistakenly gave Zoisite a male voice in the flashback to episode 34, even though he was changed to be female in the dub.
