Crystal Tower

The Crystal Tower (クリスタル・タワー) was the pillar of prayer in the Moon Kingdom in the Silver Millennium. It was located in the center of the Moon Castle in the Chamber of Prayer. Queen Serenity had explained to Luna that if anything were to happen, they could pray to the Crystal Tower and the Moon would protect them.
