Founde was a Codename: Sailor V-only character and a member of the Dark Agency. Danburite stated that she was their most capable agent, and sent her after Sailor V once all of the others had failed. She opened the Fashion Building Heroine, where four identical women, Liquid Founde, Water Founde, Powder Founde, and Solid Founde, gave customers total beauty makeovers, promising to turn them into the most beautiful heroines ever. As part of their makeovers, however, they were brainwashed into killing Sailor V.
When Founde finally found and confronted Sailor V, the Sailor Senshi attempted to use Crescent Beam, but realized that she had forgotten to recharge her compact and the attack failed. She was saved when Phantom Ace destroyed Founde and her clones with Delicious Four-Card Shot.
