Higure Akiyama's fiance was an anime-only character. He was the fiance of Usagi's, Naru's, and Ami's home economics teacher, Higure Akiyama. A plump, gentle, and shy salaryman, he proposed to Akiyama by giving her a bouquet of flowers on his knees and declaring his love for her. While she rudely turned him away from her home when she was under the effects of Nephrite's cursed fabric, he remained true to her and they eventually married.
