Kazuya Kuroda
Kazuya Kuroda (黒田和也) was an animation director for the Sailor Moon S season of the Sailor Moon anime. Notable episodes featuring his animation direction include the first appearance of Sailor Chibi Moon, and Minako's efforts to prove she had a pure heart.
