Masato Hirano (平野正人), born November 16, 1955, in Hachimantai-shi, Iwate, Japan, is a voice actor who played some minor roles in the first season of the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime roles include Piano in Dragon Ball, Abura-Sumashi in Gegege no Kitaro, Zolf in Slayers, and Kharock in Wings of Honneamise.
