Melissa Hutchison

Melissa Hutchison, born October 24, 1975, in Springfield, Michigan, is an actress who plays Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter in the Viz English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. Her other dub roles include Chise in She, the Ultimate Weapon and Katie in Yo-Kai Watch, and she provided the voice of Ashe in the video game League of Legends.
