Minotauron was a Cardian used by Ail and An to collect energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju. To this end, she was ordered to go after the amnesiac Sailor Senshi and Naru when they were attending an audition for a new motion picture.
Minotauron could extend her two horns, and if someone was caught in between them, their energy would be taken. She could also extend them to ram into a target.

- Minotauron's name is a reference to the Minotaur of Greek mythology.
- In the English dub, the "on" part of her name was cut off and she was called "Minotaur."
- Despite the Cardian's feminine appearance, Minotauron was changed to be male in the Swedish dub.
