Mizue Ohtsuka

Mizue Ohtsuka (大塚瑞恵), also known as Mizuki Ohtsuka (大塚海月), born March 21, 1968, in Fukuoka, Japan, is a voice actress who played one of the Stewardesses/Sailor Stewardesses in the Stars season of the Sailor Moon anime. Her other anime roles include Nagi in Tenchi Muyo.
