Nipasu was a Droid belonging to Berthier which appeared in episode 62 of the anime. At Berthier's instigation she disguised herself as an ice cream saleswoman in order to take over the second Crystal Point, the Bob-Floy ice cream shop. All the ice cream they stored and sold was infected with Dark Power, and whoever ate it would become hateful and eventually turn into ice. Their plan was eventually discovered by Artemis, though he was caught before being able to alert anyone. Later when Minako and Luna infiltrated Bob-Floy and warned the Sailor Senshi, the enemy was defeated.
Nipasu could fly and had the ability to breathe out a blizzard of snow and ice so intensely cold that it could freeze a person solid within seconds. Though she managed to trap the other Sailor Senshi, Sailor Mercury arrived and attacked Nipasu with Shine Aqua Illusion. The Droid was then destroyed by Sailor Moon with Moon Princess Halation.
