Pet Chapter 3, Chuu-Chuu's Schemes! was the thirteenth chapter of the Codename: Sailor V manga.
Summary[edit]
Sailor V faces a new enemy who goes by the alias of Chuu-Chuu, a creature which resembles a mosquito, with wings and antennae. Chuu-Chuu's goal is to drain all the blood from Japan, and to do this she pretends to be a doctor who works for a blood drive. Sailor V ends up killing her with Venus Brand: Mosquito Incense Typhoon.
