The Prism Heart Compact, also referred to as Pink Sugar Compact (ピンク・シュガー・コンパクト), was Chibiusa's first transformation item, which she used to transform into Sailor Chibi Moon, and the only item to enable her to transform into her original sailor fuku.

- This brooch was never named on-screen nor in the manga. In the Sailor Moon S Nakayoshi Anime Album 1, it was referred to as both "Pink Sugar Compact" and "Prism Heart Compact," but the toy version released by Bandai used the latter name. The settei for the third season of Sailor Moon Crystal used the name "Pink Sugar Compact."
- According to the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal, Chibiusa kept the future Silver Crystal inside of the compact. Although its contents were never shown in the first anime series, in the Sailor Moon S Nakayoshi Anime Album 2, it was also stated to hold the future Silver Crystal.
- This item was seen for the last time in anime episode 130 of the SuperS season, manga Act 39 of the Dream arc, and Sailor Moon Eternal before being upgraded to the Chibi Moon Compact by Pegasus.
