Shinnosuke was an anime-only character whom Chibiusa encountered in the park in episode 104. She thought that he was cute at first, but quickly changed her mind, and he was quickly dragged away by his mother.
Trivia[edit]
- Shinnosuke, his "elephant," his "Chin-chan" doll, and his mother's appearance were all references to another TV Asahi anime, Crayon Shin-chan. Shinnosuke was voiced by the same voice actress as Shinnosuke "Shin-chan" Nohara from that anime, and his mother was voiced by the same VA as Misae Nohara, Shin-chan's mother.
- In the first English dub, Shinnosuke's "elephant" was changed to showing off his "Sailor Moon undies," despite the fact that he was shown holding his underwear up in the next shot.
