Starlight Attack was an offensive attack performed by Nephrite in the anime. It took the form of multiple balls of light, which orbited in circles similar to a planet's rotation before firing at the target.
In episode 23, he called upon the stars to give him power, then fired blasts of power at Sailor Moon in an unnamed attack. Only then did he gather his power and perform the actual Starlight Attack.
