Submarine Mirror was a command that Super Sailor Chibi Moon used with Sailor Neptune's Deep Aqua Mirror. Sailor Neptune had previously left the Mirror with Sailor Chibi Moon as a token of her promise that the Outer Senshi would return someday. When Chibi Moon sensed that the Outers had returned and were fighting, she used this command to locate them and send the Mirror back to Sailor Neptune so that she could follow.
