Takamura Mukuo
Takamura Mukuo (椋尾篁), born January 1, 1938, in Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan, was the art designer for the Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, and Sailor Moon S seasons, a background artist for the Sailor Moon SuperS season, and the art director for the Sailor Moon Sailor Stars season of the Sailor Moon anime. His other work includes Astroganger, the Devilman OAV, the Galaxy Express 999 movie, and Dog of Flanders.
