The punctuations in the Japanese & English transformation names are diff.? 210 04:45, 7 September 2006 (MST)

Well I cut and pasted it (sans the planet name) from the Neptune Planet Power, Make Up article then put the kana for Saturn in the place of the kana for Neptune. The exclaimation marks are in the other articles is because they are that why on the tour which is what I use as a source and I think that is because they use exclaimation marks in the manga... I think.GracieLizzie 05:41, 7 September 2006 (MST)
I guess it could be a difference between the anime and the manga. I've been using the anime guides as sources and they tend not to use the exclamation marks. dooky 06:27, 7 September 2006 (MST)
Yeah... I think, like the middle dots, the inclusion of them is somewhat arbitary. --GracieLizzie 06:54, 7 September 2006 (MST)
Actually I'd checked exact that Neptune henshin page before I asked this question last night, hence my question was meant not only to be applied to this article. But as you've said, it could be just an arbitrary thing. 210 18:07, 7 September 2006 (MST)

I happen to have an image of Saturn's Lip Rod if needed... SailorLeo 05:13, 8 May 2007 (MST)

Show it on this talk page! ^^ --210 06:46, 8 May 2007 (MST)
It is my understanding that all Saturn Lip Rod images are fan made. As the Lip Rod is never shown during the transformation should it be listed as a required item? Davi Williams 12:44, 8 May 2007 (MST)
Second what Davi said. Kerochan no Miko 15:57, 8 May 2007 (MST)

Well this is currently the only image I have of it obtained from a youtube video, if you'd like to see the video from youtube including the lip rod in use, feel free to ask. All parts of Saturn's tranformations are from the sega game of course. This picture I'm very sure isn't fanmade.SailorLeo 00:15, 9 May 2007 (MST)

This is Saturn's transformation sequence from the game:
This is, as far as I can tell, a fan version:
The provided "lip rod" image is from the latter. I think it's a fan version because it's definitely not the Sega version that I'm familiar with, and I don't know of any other games that had a Saturn transformation. Kerochan no Miko 00:36, 9 May 2007 (MST)

I talked with the maker of that fanvideo, and he made the picture... there is no lip rod for Saturn in ANY canon.

Another Story[edit]

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Sailor Saturn transforms in the game Sailor Moon Another Story. She had no clip, of course, but she used the phrase "Saturn planet power, make up". I know that in this article it says "game-canon transformation", but later it only talks about the PS and Sega Saturn games. Should we add the SNES reference too? E.Knight 21:40, 23 February 2008

The article is talking about the transformation sequence, which was never shown except in those games. She used the phrase in Another Story and other games, which is why the transformation is listed as "game-canon." I suppose that could be clarified. Kerochan no Miko 16:06, 23 February 2008 (MST)
Thanks, not it's clear in the article. E.Knight 18:14, 24 February 2008

Play Station?[edit]

I have the PS game, and I've played it full several times. I never saw any transformation sequence (for Sailor Saturn or the other senshi). Is there any reference to know this sequence is in the PS game? I have all the video files from PS game and I saw no transformations. Besides, I have the Sega SAturn video files and you can see all 10 transformations, without fuku change, as Saturn's. E.Knight 18:14, 24 February 2008

There was more than one Playstation game. Do you have Shin Shuyaku Soudatsusen? Also, I really can't understand what you're asking other than that. Kerochan no Miko 10:20, 24 February 2008 (MST)
Well, I'm not talking about "Sailor Moon: Happy Chibiusa World". I'm just saying that if we are sure there is that sequence in PS game or not, because the article could be wrong then. Just that. E.Knight 18:31, 24 February 2008
Thank you for clarifying that, though the sarcasm was unnecessary. However, as I did not write this article, nor do I own the games in question, I'll leave it to someone who knows more about the subject. Kerochan no Miko 21:07, 24 February 2008 (MST)
Wait a moment. I'm sorry if it looked like that, but I was not trying to be sarcastic. I'm really sorry, I didn't want to be unpolite. Sometimes you write thinking in some mood but you can transmit it by writting. I understand what you say about the change, that's the same cause I didn't change it either. I have that game but I don't know if there is some version with the sequence or something like that. That was what I was trying to clear here. Again sorry for the missunderstanding.
