Lyrics[edit]
Romanized[edit]
"Hito wa mina shiawase wo nozomu no ni
Sono shiawase ga nani ka wo eien ni shirimasen."
Furisosogu ame wa namari no you ni
Karada nurashite
Hana tareta hikari wa atsuku
Kono me wo yaki tsukushite mo
Saki niou kinmoku no hana
Yoru no ame ni tokashi
Togirenu ai wo akashi
Kitto todokemasu
"Tsugi no yakusoku e tsugi no shiawase ni
Yukinasai ryuusei no senshi"
Ima no tatakai ni ima no shiawase ni
Dakitomeru tsuyosa wa Kakyuu no chikai
Tashi kana yume ni iku do uragirarete mo
Aa aa nioi tatsu watashi wa teikou no hana
Aa aa furui tatsu watashi wa teikou no hana
English Translation[edit]
"Everyone wishes for happiness,
Yet they will not ever understand what that happiness is."
The torrential rain falls like lead,
Soaking into my skin
The light, so hot that it wilted flowers, it
Burns into my eyes, and burns away my will
As it fragrantly blossoms, the flowers of Kinmoku
Fade softly away into the night rain,
And proves love to be invincible
Surely, it will reach you
"To your next promise, to your next happiness,
Go forth, Soldiers of the meteors."
In the battle of this moment, in the happiness of this moment,
To capture your own strength, that is Kakyuu’s vow,
Regardless of how you betray your loyal dreams
Aa, aa, engrossed in the fragrance, I am the flower of resistance
Aa, aa, bringing comfort and compassion, I am the flower of resistance
Trivia[edit]
- Of all the songs from the musicals that were never released on a memorial album, "Teikou no Hana" is the only one that did not use the same melody as a previously-released song.
