Venus Love and Galactica Shock was an attack used by Sailor Venus that appeared in the manga, musicals, and Crystal. It was a version of Venus Love and Beauty Shock. In the manga and Crystal, it was blocked by Sailor Moon, and therefore its exact effects were unknown.
In the manga, she used it with a Love Whip composed of galaxy-shaped links while she was being controlled by Sailor Galaxia's bracelets.
In the animated version seen in Sailor Moon Cosmos, she held out her hand and the symbol of Venus appeared, then disappeared in a flood of white and golden sparks. She then winked and kissed her hand, making a white heart appear above her palm. She flung out her hand and the heart multiplied into many which spun in a circle around her for a moment before coalescing into one heart again, which spun towards her target before her Love Whip appeared. The Whip then also flew through the air in a spiral towards the target. In that version, the Whip's design was identical to the one previously seen in her Venus Love and Beauty Shock attack in Sailor Moon Eternal.
