Usagi accompanies Chibiusa on a visit to her new friend Hotaru's house, while Mimete targets a famous manga artist.
Summary
Chibiusa and Usagi are in the bathtub, and Chibiusa is in a really good mood. Chibiusa admits that she found a pretty new friend, and Usagi naturally thinks that Chibiusa's new friend is a boy. Chibiusa won't tell Usagi anything about her new friend, so she and Usagi wrestle in the bathtub.
Mamoru meets Michiru, Haruka, and Setsuna at a stadium, and they all transform. Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Pluto explain to Tuxedo Mask why they will not work with Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Senshi.
