In the room are the computers that Luna uses for her research, which she explains to Ami, are connected to the moon's host computer. They notice that there is energy coming from the Tokyo Tower, where the enemy must be using its communications systems. They try to contact the other Sailor Senshi, but cannot due to the signal being jammed.

Mamoru finds Usagi, and gathers her into his arms. She feels her strength beginning to come back. When she opens her eyes, Tuxedo Mask is holding her. He explains that he needed help to find the Crystal, but not having powers like the Sailor Senshi, did not know what else to do. He realizes the mistake he's made and tells Usagi that she must morph into Sailor Moon to save everybody. Usagi is shocked that he now knows her true identity, but has no time to hesitate and morphs.

She clenches it and calls out "Please, bring everyone back to life!!" The healing rays flash and all the town has their energy returned to them. As everybody starts waking, Sailor Moon collapses in Tuxedo Mask's arms, having spent all of her power. As he picks her up, his pocket watch falls into her lap. She relaxes, thinking his touch is familiar, from long ago.
