- The Animal Kingdom shelter was mentioned again in episode 91.
- At one point in the episode, Artemis tripped over a soft drink can which had a picture of Usagi and Chibiusa on it.
- The first English dub removed the first scene of Esmeraude getting urinated on by a dog, though a similar scene late in the episode was kept intact. When the episode aired on Toonami, however, both scenes involving the dog were cut.
- The working title for this episode in the first English dub was "Adventure of Artemis."
- The first dub also changed Ami studying English vocabulary words into Amy studying Spanish vocabulary.
- The Sailor Says segment with this episode was previously played with "Kitty Chaos."
- This episode was omitted from the Korean dub.
