Autobiko was a Lemures used by Hawk's Eye while targeting Mayako for her Dream Mirror. After Hawk's Eye discovered that Pegasus was not in the Dream Mirror, he became angry and was about to kill Mayako, but Diana attacked him, distracting him long enough for Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon to transform and defend the woman. Hawk's Eye summoned Autobiko to deal with the two Sailor Senshi and left.
Autobiko began damaging Mayako's house, so the Senshi lured the Lemures outside to fight her. Tuxedo Mask appeared and distracted Autobiko, keeping her from running over the two Senshi, and they used Twinkle Yell and Moon Gorgeous Meditation to destroy the Lemures.
