Chuu-Chuu was a Codename: Sailor V-only character. She was the younger sister of Nyan-Nyan and Wan-Wan, and sought to get revenge on Sailor V for killing her siblings. The youngest of the animal-like siblings resembled a mosquito, and as part of her plans, she disguised herself as a handsome male doctor and tried to drain blood from everyone in Japan.

Trivia
- The kanji "触" in her name literally translates as "touch," but is pronounced as it would be in Chinese. This creates a pun, as "Chuu-Chuu" is the onomatopoeia for either a kiss or the sound of liquid being sucked up, as a mosquito drinking blood.
