Cloverway

Cloverway was the company responsible for producing the English dub of the S and SuperS seasons. It is the North American branch of Toei, the Japanese company that animated Sailor Moon. The dub done by Cloverway is considered by fans to be much more similar to the original Japanese version than the dub done by DiC.
