Count Dracul was an original character in the Sera Myu Dracul arc. He was the reincarcination of Abel who, in line with the Bible, was killed by his jealous brother Cain after God chose the sword he made instead of Cain's. Count Dracul had a human bride named Le Fay; and together they had a daughter named Bloody Dracul Vampir. The family used to live in the Dracul Castle in the Transylvania Forest until Le Fay was killed by her own father. Count Draul then left their daughter Vampir in the castle and went on to live in Tokyo for several hundred years until he met Usagi Tsukino and her friends.
In order to satisfy his daughter Vampir's wish of not drinking human blood, he joined forces with Undead Berserk and Death Lamia to create the homunculus (the artificial human) for use of its blood. He was then sealed away into the underworld by the Sammael Sword when he tried to protect Usagi against Undead Berserk's attack and was resurrected in the musical Kessen / Transylvania no Mori (Kaiteiban) - Saikyou no Kataki Dark Cain no Nazo. After a brief reunion with Vampir, Dracul sealed himself away into the underworld along with the villains Dark Cain and the three Nightmares in the battle against Death Vulcan.
