Count Dracul |
Count Dracul was an original character in the Dracul arc of the Sailor Moon musicals. He was the reincarnation of the Biblical Abel who, in this version of the story, was killed by his jealous brother Cain after God chose the sword he made instead of Cain's.
Count Dracul had a human bride named Le Fay, and together they had a daughter named Bloody Dracul Vampir. The family used to live in the Dracul Castle in the Transylvania Forest until Le Fay was killed by her own father. Count Dracul then left their daughter Vampir in the castle and went to live in Tokyo for several hundred years until he met Usagi Tsukino and her friends.
In order to satisfy his daughter Vampir's wish of not drinking human blood, he joined forces with Undead Berserk and Death Lamia to create a Homunculus for use of its blood. During this process he sucked the blood of one of the three Death Nightmares who were given to him as servants by Undead Berserk and turned her into a vampire. He also named her Le Fay and provided her with his wife's identity. He was then sealed away into the underworld by the Samael Sword when he tried to protect Sailor Moon against Undead Berserk's attack, and was resurrected in the musical Kessen / Transylvania no Mori (Kaiteiban) - Saikyou no Kataki Dark Cain no Nazo. After a brief reunion with Vampir, Dracul sealed himself away into the underworld, along with the villains Dark Cain and the three Nightmares, in the battle against Death Vulcan.
