Dark Water was the attack used by Berthier, in which she fired a blast of water that would freeze a target upon impact. This attack was very similar to Sailor Mercury's Shine Aqua Illusion attack.
Anime

In the anime, Berthier first used this attack to battle Sailor Mercury in episode 68, during the face off between the Ayakashi Sisters and the Sailor Team. In episode 71, she used it by name for the first and only time in order to infuse the Chess Tower, a Crystal Point, with Dark Power. Later on in this episode, she used a more advanced version of the attack called Dark Water Full Power.
Video Games
In the video game Sailor Moon: Another Story, Nabu was able to use this attack as well as Berthier. In the game, however, this attack appeared as multiple slashes of water that would harm the target instead of freezing it.
