Dogba

Dogba was a Droid belonging to Esmeraude who appeared in episode 79. She masqueraded as an animal trainer who worked at the Animal Kingdom in order to create a Negative Point as part of the Black Moon Clan's efforts to open a Dark Gate.

Dogba was able to assume complete mental and physical control over any animal, although this control could be compromised by loud or high-pitched sounds such as Esmeraude's laugh. She also wielded a red energy whip capable of electrocuting whoever it touched, leaving the target unconscious. When thrown, her armlets would turn into golden rings that solidified around the neck of her target, forming metal collars with chains which allowed the Droid to restrict the movements of one so bound.

She was eventually destroyed by Sailor Moon's Moon Princess Halation attack.

Trivia

• Dogba appeared as a monster type in the video game Sailor Moon: Another Story, although in that game her name was written as "ドックバー".
