Emilie Barlow, full name Emilie-Claire Barlow, born June 6, 1976, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a voice actress who played Raye Hino/Sailor Mars and Mina Aino/Sailor Venus in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. She is also a jazz vocalist who has released eight albums, and was named Female Vocalist of the Year at Canada's National Jazz Awards in 2008.
