Fluorite was a Codename: Sailor V-only character. She was the leader of the Dark Agency's idol talent section and was the commander of Pandora, Petite Pandora, Dark Guys, Twin Dark, and Dark Shizuka-hime, and she answered directly to Danburite, who appeared to her as a shadowy figure on some sort of monitor/screen. She was defeated by Sailor V after all her underlings were destroyed.
