Galactica Scales was an attack used by Sailor Metal Papillon in the Sailor Moon musicals. In Starlights - Ryuusei Densetsu, she tried to use it against Makoto, but Light Mifune stepped in to protect her and was knocked down instead. In Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin, she used this attack against Sailor Mercury.
