Game Machine refers specifically to the anime only character who was responsible for directing and advising Luna in regards to training the Sailor Senshi in the first season. He appeared as disembodied voice communicating through the Sailor V game located in Game Center Crown. This was actually Artemis, but he continued to communicate with Luna this way even after he and Sailor Venus joined up with the rest of the Sailor Senshi. He was discovered by an unimpressed Luna when he damaged the equipment he was using to communicate in this manner and his image was broadcast on the game's screen.
Trivia
- The Game Machine only appears in this manner in the Sailor Moon anime, but the Sailor V game itself appears in the manga and in Codename: Sailor V. There it is used to train the Senshi and deliver certain items to them, and functions as the entrance to the Secret Base.
- There is a similar character to the Game Machine in Codename: Sailor V. Boss is a disembodied male voice who communicates with Minako and Artemis through Minako's transformation pen.
