Hiromi Sakai (坂井ひろみ), nicknamed "Sakahiro" (さかひろ), born January 15, 1980, was the fourth actress to play Rei Hino/Sailor Mars in the Sailor Moon musicals. She performed in one musical: 1998's Shin Densetsu Kourin.

Hiromi also released a photobook and idol DVD in 2001.
