Image song

Image songs are songs which are intended to give a better idea of the personality or feelings of a particular character, usually sung in-character by the actor or actress who plays that character. Image songs sometimes are not used in the actual series, but can be found on the soundtrack CDs.

As can be expected, the musicals contained many songs. Some of them were strongly character-linked, and were either repeated across multiple musicals or contained musical themes that were repeatedly associated with those characters. These can justifiably be thought of as image songs. A representative list follows.
