Jupiter Power, Make Up was the first command used by Makoto Kino to transform into Sailor Jupiter in the anime, manga, and Crystal, and was the only one used in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
Anime
First, Makoto held up her transformation pen. She then began to spin around as streams of electricty emitted from the pen, then held still as the electrical energy formed into a series of rings around her. The rings spun around her and, in a flash of light, her entire sailor fuku appeared. Sailor Jupiter then turned around and assumed her finishing pose.
Sailor Moon Crystal
In the Sailor Moon Crystal version of this transformation that first appeared in Act 5, Makoto held up her transformation pen and turned her hand as green stars streamed into the tip of the pen, making it glow. She let go of the pen and stars flashed on her fingernails, turning them green. Green light radiated from the tip of the pen before Makoto took hold of it again. She then held her pen over her head, where it was struck by a bolt of lightning that flowed through it and crackled around her. She spun in the midst of the electricity, then straightened and held her pen up high as the electrical energy formed into a series of rings rotating around her. Pink lightning flashed, then the crackling energy contracted around her before she extended her arms, sending the energy flying outwards, and her entire costume appeared. Sailor Jupiter appeared in full sailor fuku with little flashes frizzling on her fuku and turned around, the Jupiter symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Sailor Jupiter then turned around and assumed her finishing pose.

As Makoto called out the command, her Jewelry Star Bracelet changed from its smaller, sealed form into its full form, and the gems began to glow. She crossed her arms and her fingernails turned green, then she swept one arm over her head, and her hair turned auburn and curly as her leotard and ponytail decorations appeared. She then rotated as lightning crackled around her; another flash of lightning formed her skirt, collar, bow, brooch, and choker, and as she turned away two pink ribbons formed her back bow. She then jumped up and, as she landed, lightning struck her feet, forming her boots; she folded her arms, then spreaded them apart, and more lightning formed her gloves and earrings. She swept her hand across her waist, creating her belt with potpourri ball, then passed her other hand in front of her forehead to add her tiara. Sailor Jupiter finished her transformation in her final pose as lightning flashed.
