Kathy Laskey is a voice actress who played Birdie in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. Her other voice roles include Edna in Yin! Yang! Yo!, and she has played several live-action roles as well, such as Roberta Thorpe in Blue Murder and Barb Strange in Being Erica.
