Kayoko Fuyumori (冬杜花代子) was an anime song and J-pop songwriter who wrote lyrics for songs used in the anime, and also wrote most of the lyrics for the musicals from 1993 to 2003. The final musical she worked on was 2003's Mugen Gakuen - Mistress Labyrinth (Kaiteiban).

The video recording of the senshuuraku performance of Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban) - The Final First Stage also included a poem written by Kayoko to thank the fans for their support. This poem, called "I WANT TO TELL YOU A NEVERENDING LOVE SONG セーラーメモリーをあなたに" (I WANT TO TELL YOU A NEVERENDING LOVE SONG Sailor Memory wo Anata ni; "Sailor Memory for You"), described the experience the actors and staff had in performing the musicals over the years, and was read aloud by Anza Ohyama and Ayako Morino at the very end of the video.

Kayoko passed away on May 7, 2003 due to an illness.
