Kengo Ibuki

Appearing only in episode 183, Kengo Ibuki is Rei Hino's anime cousin. he works in pottery, but suffers from an accute mental complex, as he is prone to violent fits of rage, to the point of smashing all of his own creations, should one be even the slightest bit off. He is used as an enemy by Aluminum Siren, and while transformed, he goes on a wild rampage through a park, disrupting a movie being shot by the Starlights. he is of course saved by Eternal Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Mars. He then returns to a slightly more peaceful life.

His existence is often questioned or even ignored by manga purists, since in niether the anime or the manga, do either of Rei's parents have any siblings. In this respect, Kengo Ibuki should not exist. Toei Animation thought otherwise, and thus Kengo Ibuki joins a long list of characters brought in to "flesh out" an already perfect Senshi.
