|Family:||Father (mentioned), Count Dracul (husband), Bloody Dracul Vampir (daughter)|
Le Fay (sometimes wrongly romanized as "Ru Fei," the romaji rendition of her Japanese name) was a character mentioned several times in the Dracul arc of the Sailor Moon musicals, though she never appeared herself.
Le Fay was the human bride of Count Dracul. She had a child with Dracul, Bloody Dracul Vampir, but was murdered by her father before the wedding could take place because he did not approve of her relationship with a vampire.
Another character, Olam Tiphareth, was named in her memory by Count Dracul, and was called by that name by other characters.
Le Fay's wedding dress appeared several times during the Dracul arc, as Count Dracul had kept it as a memento of his deceased wife. At the very end of Last Dracul Jokyoku, the white dress turned blood red as the sound of a beating heart was heard and a woman's voice uttered the phrase, "Dream, dream, don't doubt it, a dream of dreams that dreaming children have."
- Le Fay's name was possibly a reference to Morgan Le Fay.
