- This episode featured the only appearance of Gurio Umino in the Sailor Moon S season.
- While Sailor Venus was dancing with one of the disguised monsters, her front bow was incorrectly colored yellow.
- As Umino was describing Naru's odd behavior, the background music was the song that played every time Usagi and Mamoru encountered each other during the first season.
- It was in this episode of the English dub that Michelle and Amara were first said to be cousins.
