Song Details

The lyrics were written by Mikiko Tagata, the music was composed by Kei Yoshikawa, and the song was performed by Chisaki Hama (as Ami Mizuno). The song has a Latin-esque sound, with a romantic guitar and shakers, fused with synthesized noises and brass flourishes at points in the music.

Trivia

  • This song is characterized by its Spanish lyrics. The use of any language other than Japanese or scattered English phrases in J-Pop is rare, and Spanish would likely be considered obscure or exotic by most Japanese listeners.
  • Chisaki Hama commented in an interview that the melody did not really suit Ami since it is fairly energetic. According to her, the more reserved image song "Yakusoku" better represented Ami's character.
