Moe Oosaki (大崎望絵), born June 7, 1994, was the thirteenth actress to play Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon in the Sailor Moon musicals. Her first musical was Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin - The Second Stage Final in 2004, and her final show was Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu (Kaiteiban) - Marinamoon Final in 2005.
Moe was the third longest-running Sailor Chibi Moon actress.
Moe has also appeared in a few TV commercials, promotional videos, and television shows.
