Moon Spiral Heart Attack was the first new attack Sailor Moon gained in the third arc of the manga and the Sailor Moon S season of the anime.
When she performed this attack in the anime, Sailor Moon would spin around at a very rapid rate, then stop and hold the Spiral Heart Moon Rod up in the air. Energy would then be released from it in the form of spiralling pink hearts, which coalesced into a large pink heart and smashed into the target.
Daimons who were defeated by this attack cried out, "Lovely!"
Trivia
- In the anime, this attack was overpowered or deflected by an enemy on four occasions, twice by Eudial, once by U-Estern, and once by Hawk's Eye.
