Moon Spiral Heart Attack was the first new attack Sailor Moon gained in the third arc of the manga and the Sailor Moon S anime series. To perform this attack, Sailor Moon would spin around at a very rapid rate, then stop and hold the Spiral Heart Moon Rod up in the air. Energy would then be released from it in the form of spiralling pink hearts, which would then coalesce into a large pink heart and smash into the target.
