Nobuo Tobita

Nobuo Tobita (飛田展男), born November 6, 1959, in Mito, Japan, is a voice actor who played some minor roles in the Sailor Moon anime, most notably Poupelin in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. His other anime roles include Toshiyuki Aoshima in Oh My Goddess, Kamille Bidan in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, and Sei Toudou in Uta∽Kata .
