Nogizaka46 Version Musical "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" was a 2018 musical based on the Dark Kingdom arc, featuring members of the Japanese girl group Nogizaka46. There were two separate casts of Inner Senshi, called "Team Moon" and "Team Star," and Mizuki Yamashita and Sayuri Inoue starred as Sailor Moon from Team Moon and Team Star, respectively. It had two runs, one in the summer and the other during autumn, with the two teams alternating performances in both.

Trivia
- Queen Serenity was played by Mai Shiraishi, the only member of Nogizaka46 in the cast who did not play a Sailor Senshi, and only appeared in the show as a projection.
- This musical marked the first time Naru Osaka and Gurio Umino appeared together on stage. It was also the first time since the Gaiden Dark Kingdom kaiteiban that Luna appeared in a musical, although this time it was as a puppet.
