Olam Tiphareth was a character in the Dracul arc of the Sailor Moon musicals. She was the only quasi-villain to appear in all four musicals of the series.

In Last Dracul Jokyoku, she was one of the four Death Nightmares under Death Lamia. She was bitten by Count Dracul and became a vampire under his complete control. The Count gave her the name of his lost bride, Le Fay; after that point she was always called by that name, and Dracul told her to act as a mother for his daughter, Bloody Dracul Vampir. At the end of the musical, Count Dracul was killed in order to protect Sailor Moon, and thus "Le Fay" blamed Sailor Moon for his death and swore vengeance against her.

In Transylvania no Mori and its revision, she followed Dracul's order and served Bloody Dracul Vampir, trying to be a mother to her. This greatly displeased Vampir, however, who reminded her that she was not the real Le Fay. Near the end of the musical, though, the Death Nightmare sacrificed herself in order to protect Vampir from Dark Cain's attack. As she died she said she finally understood Dracul's last words, when he said that darkness exists to be light's shadow. She apologized to Bloody Dracul Vampir for not bringing back her mother and died in her arms. Vampir begged her not to die and finally acknowledged her as a mother figure.

In Death Vulcan no Fuuin, she came back from the dead in her Death Nightmare form, this time working for Death Vulcan and Dark Cain. Her Nightmare name was finally revealed in that musical. At her first encounter with Bloody Dracul Vampir, she pretended to be the same "Le Fay" the dhampir had come to love so another Nightmare could have an opening to attack her. She explained that as a Nightmare she was bound to make humans suffer by eating their dreams, and told Vampir that it was now her turn to see a nightmare.

In this musical, Olam Tiphareth and her fellow Nightmares were powerful spellcasters, and showed themselves to be strong enough to withstand even Sailor Planet Super Attack. Their true allegiance was unclear in the musical, though their stated purpose was to destroy life on Earth. Count Dracul revealed that they were the ones responsible for the fact that Death Vulcan had such great powers even though he was merely a torn up planet. They also claimed to be the ones behind the entire conflict. In the end, they disappeared into the underworld, along with Dracul and his brother Dark Cain. Before being sealed away, Olam Tiphareth told Vampir that she only remembered the hate; Vampir responded by embracing her and saying that she only remembered the love.
