The song was performed by [[Yoko Ishida]], who also started to become fairly well-known because of it. The lyrics were written by [[Rui Serizawa]], the melody was composed by [[Makoto Nagai]], and the song was arranged by [[Seiichi Kyouta]]. It was used in 45 episodes, making it the most heavily used of all the [[Sailor Moon (anime)|''Sailor Moon'' anime]] ending themes.

A cover of the song was performed by Leona from [[Pretty Cast]] on the ''[[Best Song Collection]]'' CD.
