Summary
Sailor V faces a new enemy who goes by the alias of Chuu-Chuu, a creature which resembles a mosquito, with wings and antennae. Chuu-Chuu's goal is to drain all the blood from Japan, and to do this she pretends to be a doctor who works for a blood drive. Sailor V ends up killing her with Ultimate Attack: Diphenhydramine Dispersal.
